The Millard Public School's High Ability Learner Program (HAL) is designed to provide challenging educational experiences for students recognized as having exceptional academic, intellectual, creative and/or artistic abilities. Ms. Kathy Wischow is Willowdale's facilitator. Her role includes providing support services to classroom teachers, securing materials appropriate for high ability learners, as well as teaching enrichment classes to children in grades K through 5.
